Last updated: 5 May 2026
These terms govern your use of the YAGI Logistics Ltd website and the services we provide. By submitting an enquiry or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
YAGI Logistics Ltd provides warehousing, pick and pack, packing, and fulfilment services to business clients ("the Client"). The specific scope, pricing, and service levels for each engagement are agreed separately in writing between YAGI Logistics Ltd and the Client before services commence.
3. Enquiries & Quotes
Submitting an enquiry or quote request through our website does not constitute a contract or commitment from either party. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties have confirmed the terms in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding goods to be stored or fulfilled
- Ensure all goods are legal, properly labelled, and fit for storage and dispatch
- Give reasonable notice of volume changes that may affect capacity planning
- Pay invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms
5. Payment
Payment terms will be set out in the individual service agreement or invoice. YAGI Logistics Ltd reserves the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date. Late payments may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Liability
YAGI Logistics Ltd will take reasonable care of all goods in its custody. Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the replacement cost of the goods, up to limits agreed in the individual service contract. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from any failure to perform our services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Insurance
Clients are responsible for ensuring their goods are adequately insured. YAGI Logistics Ltd holds appropriate business insurance, details of which can be provided on request.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and the YAGI Logistics brand — is owned by YAGI Logistics Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by giving the notice period specified in the service contract. YAGI Logistics Ltd may terminate immediately if the Client is in material breach of these terms or has failed to pay outstanding invoices.
10. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
