Plenty of brands have their sachets or pouches produced by one manufacturer and then discover the hard part: getting them into the format a retailer or a customer will actually accept. That is the job we do. Sachets arrive with us in bulk and leave as retail cartons, display boxes, subscription bundles, sample packs or single orders ready to post.
We are a commercial packing operation at Whitehills Business Park in Blackpool, not a manufacturer, so we have no interest in taking over your production. We count, pack, seal, label and dispatch, and we hand the stock back in a shape you can sell. Orders confirmed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.

Do you manufacture or fill the sachets themselves?
No. We are a packing and fulfilment operation, not a manufacturer. Your sachets or pouches arrive already produced and we handle everything after that — counting, packing into retail formats, labelling, storage and dispatch.
Is there a minimum run?
No rigid minimums and no lock-in contracts. We work with brands packing a few hundred units and brands packing tens of thousands.
Can you handle food and supplement products?
We pack ambient food, drink and supplement products. Tell us what the product is and any handling requirements it carries and we will confirm exactly what we can take on before you commit.
What turnaround should we expect?
Agreed in advance for every job. The operation runs to a same-day dispatch cut-off of 2pm for confirmed orders, and larger packing runs are scheduled with a date you can plan around.
